Kalyansetu provides digital subscription-based matrimonial services, including access to user profiles and related platform features.
2. Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time during the active subscription period. Cancellation requests are effective immediately for future renewals. Access to the services will remain available until the end of the current billing cycle, after which the subscription will expire automatically.
3. Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once access has been activated, as services are delivered immediately in digital form.
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
- Duplicate or erroneous payment
- Technical issues resulting in service not being activated
- Refunds required under applicable law
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed through the original payment method via CashFree and may take 7–10 business days to reflect in the user’s account.
