1. Agreement
This website is operated by Amul Ravindra Katta (Kalyansetu).
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Kalyansetu website and services available at https://www.kalyansetu.com. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
The service is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information provided by you is accurate and truthful.
3. Account registration & verification
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Certain features may require identity verification and manual admin approval. Submission of false or misleading information may result in account suspension or termination.
4. Pricing, billing & refunds
Launch offer: Users registering during promotional periods may receive complimentary or discounted access, subject to verification.
Subscription plans:
- Individual users: ₹99 per month or ₹199 for 3 months
- Per-profile contact unlock: ₹20
- VVSM users: ₹499 per month or ₹999 for 3 months
- Eligible female users may receive limited free access as announced
Payments are processed securely via CashFree. Kalyansetu does not store card or UPI credentials. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once access is granted, except where required by law or at Kalyansetu’s discretion.
5. Access & permissions
Access to profiles and features depends on user verification status and the subscribed plan. Platform rules may restrict visibility based on profile type and permissions.
6. User conduct
You agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Harass, abuse, or defraud other users
- Use the platform for commercial solicitation or unlawful activity
- Upload obscene, offensive, or illegal content
7. Profile content
By submitting profile content, you grant Kalyansetu a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display such content on the platform. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
8. Suspension & termination
Kalyansetu may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or legal compliance requirements. Users may contact support for clarification or appeal.
9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The service is provided on an “as is” basis. Kalyansetu does not guarantee successful matches or user behavior. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kalyansetu’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.
10. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
